About this role

ENSCO seeks an experienced Space Systems Engineer SME with 10+ years in classified space control systems to advise on DoD acquisition lifecycle and Space Force programs. This Huntsville-based role focuses on planning, developing, testing, and integrating space, ground, and command & control systems while ensuring security compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead planning and execution of classified space control systems with adherence to security protocols
• Provide systems engineering expertise during defense acquisition processes
• Guide design and testing of space systems integrated with ground systems
• Oversee development and design of ground systems aligned with timelines and objectives
• Support rigorous testing, validation, and analysis of space system performance
• Create comprehensive documentation and reports on ground system plans and outcomes
