Mainframe Systems Programmer - CICS

About this role

This role offers support and services to Ensono's mainframe clients focusing on CICS and related software. You'll handle customer service orders, troubleshoot problems, and participate in migrations and disaster recovery efforts, often working across multiple time zones and adhering to strict deadlines. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

What you'll do

• Fulfill CICS-related customer service orders efficiently.
• Provide primary support for CICS TS and OEM software product issues.
• Support systems on a 24/7 basis, adapting to various time zones.
• Assist with operating system upgrades and customer migrations.
• Participate in disaster recovery plan execution.
• Implement software fixes and upgrades, adhering to change control procedures.
