EOS IT Solutions seeks an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for Windows and Mac devices, manage device lifecycles, and support hybrid meeting environments across offices. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, SaaS administration, and audiovisual equipment setup in a distributed team environment.

What you'll do

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and access requests via multiple channels
  • Support hybrid meeting environments and conference room audiovisual equipment for seamless in-person and remote experiences
  • Manage Windows, Mac, and mobile device provisioning, deployment, and offboarding
  • Administer core SaaS tools including Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Manage IT support ticket queue while maintaining Service Level Agreements and excellent customer service
  • Create and maintain documentation including runbooks and standard operating procedures
