EOS IT Solutions seeks an IT Support Engineer in Austin to provide technical support for AV conferencing and network solutions serving global enterprise clients. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting of control systems, audio DSP platforms, and collaboration technologies while maintaining infrastructure reliability and SLA compliance.

What you'll do

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and AV system issues
  • Support and maintain AV control systems including Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS
  • Configure and tune audio DSP platforms such as Biamp, Shure, and Q-SYS
  • Monitor and maintain customer AV endpoints, codecs, controllers, and networked devices
  • Ensure infrastructure security, backup, recovery, and alignment with SLAs
