Infrastructure Support Engineer (Cloud & Systems)
About this role
Remote infrastructure support role providing technical assistance across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. You'll manage support tickets, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across multiple time zones.
What you'll do
- Process and respond to employee support requests via ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure, applications, and enterprise platforms
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations
- Diagnose hardware, software, connectivity, VPN, DNS, and networking issues
- Monitor infrastructure health and performance; conduct root cause analysis
- Develop automation solutions and documentation; collaborate on system improvements
