About this role

Remote infrastructure support role providing technical assistance across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. You'll manage support tickets, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across multiple time zones.

What you'll do

  • Process and respond to employee support requests via ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure, applications, and enterprise platforms
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations
  • Diagnose hardware, software, connectivity, VPN, DNS, and networking issues
  • Monitor infrastructure health and performance; conduct root cause analysis
  • Develop automation solutions and documentation; collaborate on system improvements

  • Kubernetes and AWS EKS
  • Bash or Python scripting
