Civil Design Engineer
About this role
ERG is hiring a Civil Design Engineer to support the planning and design of facility and infrastructure projects for federal, state, and commercial clients. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions that meet project requirements and codes, working from initial assessment through project completion. This remote-flexible role requires presence in the DC metro area for weekly client and team meetings.
What you'll do
- Support planning, design, and execution of facility and infrastructure projects
- Develop design solutions that meet project requirements and applicable codes
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers on project teams
- Work through project lifecycle from initial assessment and design through construction completion
- Attend frequent on-site client meetings and team coordination sessions
- Support projects across multiple office locations including Arlington, VA and Indian Head, MD
