E-Space seeks a Chemical Process Engineer to develop and optimize Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD) processes for thin-film manufacturing in a roll-to-roll environment, supporting advanced satellite IoT systems. The role combines hands-on chemistry expertise with manufacturing optimization to enable large-scale production of space-based communication components.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize CBD wet-chemical thin-film deposition processes
• Operate and maintain roll-to-roll manufacturing equipment
• Control chemical reactions and monitor deposition kinetics
• Prepare and manage chemical solutions for manufacturing
• Scale processes from lab to high-volume production
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement improvements
