Lamination Engineer

About this role

E-Space seeks a Lamination Engineer to support manufacturing of advanced thin-film solar modules for LEO satellite systems. This hands-on role involves operating and optimizing roll-to-roll processing equipment in a cleanroom environment to enable space-based IoT connectivity.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor thin-film sputter deposition equipment and roll-to-roll processing systems
• Optimize manufacturing processes for flexible photovoltaic module production
• Manage web handling and material flow through lamination equipment
• Perform process control and quality checks in cleanroom environment
• Support equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Document process parameters and manufacturing data
