E-Space seeks an OSS Telemetry Observability Engineer to design and implement observability solutions for integrating backend subscriber and business support systems with their 5G Core network. This hands-on technical role bridges satellite and terrestrial IoT infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability across provisioning, CRM, billing, and device management systems.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement observability and telemetry strategies for 5G Core network integrations
  • Own interface contracts and integration delivery between backend systems and core network functions
  • Ensure end-to-end system interoperability across satellite and ground environments
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues in SIM/eSIM provisioning, CRM, billing, and device management
  • Drive observability best practices and metrics collection across distributed systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate integration performance and reliability
