Android Developer Intern

About this role

Eulerity, an AI-native marketing automation platform serving enterprise brands, seeks an Android developer intern to build real features for their production app using AI-first development practices. You'll own end-to-end feature implementation leveraging tools like Claude Code and agentic workflows, working 30 hours/week in NYC with experienced engineers on code that ships to actual users.

What you'll do

• Develop, test, and maintain Android app features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with AI-first development practices
• Implement features end-to-end from design through deployment, leveraging AI at every stage of the development cycle
• Write effective prompts and system instructions as a core part of your engineering workflow
• Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and product managers throughout the project lifecycle
• Build smart, adaptive interfaces that personalize user experience using AI
• Debug and test code while contributing to shipping products used by real users

What they're looking for

• Kotlin and Android SDK proficiency with 1+ year experience
• Jetpack Compose and XML layout development
• AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot) as daily development practice
• Prompt engineering and LLM instruction crafting
• Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture)
• Android libraries and APIs (Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt, Room)
• Git version control
• Unit testing and automated testing (JUnit, Espresso)
