Data Engineer

About this role

Evoplay, a leading iGaming provider, seeks a Data Engineer to build and maintain robust data infrastructure supporting business analytics. You'll own data quality, design ETL pipelines, and translate business logic into data models while working autonomously in a remote role.

What you'll do

• Own data quality by identifying, analyzing, and resolving data issues
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
• Translate business processes into reliable data warehouse structures
• Deliver clean, structured data for analytics and BI reporting
• Handle ad-hoc analytical requests under tight deadlines
• Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and train users on BI tools

What they're looking for

• Advanced Python and SQL with query optimization
• ClickHouse or columnar database experience
• ETL/ELT pipeline design and orchestration (Airflow preferred)
• Data warehouse architecture
• Data QA and validation
• Power BI development and reporting
• Business logic translation to data models
• English B2 or higher proficiency
