Systems Engineer

About this role

Expel is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance their cloud-based IT infrastructure and services. You'll play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations, automating tasks, and providing excellent support to colleagues. This role offers the chance to define problems, lead cross-functional projects, and leverage emerging technologies like AI to improve workflows.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain cloud-based IT systems.
• Provide technical support and onboard/offboard employee access.
• Lead large, cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Automate tasks and integrate systems to reduce manual work.
• Support and secure IT infrastructure including headquarters tech.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize performance and resolve issues.
