fairlife, a Coca-Cola subsidiary, seeks an Aseptic Quality Engineer to enhance manufacturing quality across multiple sites by leading root cause investigations, managing system validations, and coordinating engineering changes with regulatory partners. This role focuses on reducing product holds, improving aseptic system performance, and supporting new line installations.
What you'll do
- Lead RCA/CAPA investigations to identify causes of aseptic system failures and develop solutions to reduce product holds
- Coordinate full line validation efforts with regulatory agencies and process authorities for new installations and line extensions
- Submit and manage engineering change requests (ECR) for aseptic system enhancements
- Serve as liaison between equipment manufacturers, process authorities, and manufacturing sites
- Drive quality improvement initiatives across all manufacturing sites
- Support process validation activities for new products and engineering changes
