Fashion Nova seeks a Product Developer for its Men's line to lead the creation of innovative, on-trend apparel from concept to launch. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and overseeing product development budgets while maintaining the highest quality standards for a global fashion brand.

What you'll do

• Manage product development lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance
• Collaborate with design, production, merchandising, and sales teams to align products with customer needs and company goals
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to source quality materials and components on schedule
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and product opportunities
• Lead and mentor a team of product developers, guiding performance and contributions
• Develop and manage product development budgets aligned with business priorities

What they're looking for

• Product development (5+ years, men's apparel preferred)
• Adobe Illustrator (proficient)
• G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Time management and organization
• Written and verbal communication
• Garment and fabric construction knowledge
• Quality control and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
