About this role

Federato seeks a Senior Customer Engineer to lead pre-sales technical engagements for its AI-native insurance platform. You'll own discovery-to-close processes, deliver customized demos, and build reusable assets while partnering with sales, product, and implementation teams across the ANZ region.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical sales engagements from discovery through deal closure
  • Design and deliver tailored demos focused on business outcomes for insurance carriers
  • Translate customer workflows into platform configurations for quoting, rating, and endorsements
  • Build and maintain reusable demo environments and configuration libraries
  • Develop discovery playbooks, templates, and technical collateral for the team
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap based on customer feedback

  • JavaScript and SQL coding
