AI Engineer, Executive Communication Agents

About this role

FieldAI seeks an AI engineer to design and deploy intelligent communication agents that automate and enhance executive workflows. You'll work directly with C-level leaders to build agents handling scheduling, email management, meeting preparation, and executive research, while setting the technical direction for internal AI adoption.

What you'll do

• Design and develop executive communication agents for scheduling, inbox management, and meeting coordination
• Collaborate with C-level executives and their assistants to understand high-stakes workflow requirements
• Prototype solutions quickly and deploy to production within rapid iteration cycles
• Manage full ownership of agent systems including performance monitoring and user feedback integration
• Establish technical standards for internal AI tool adoption across the organization
• Support executive research, task prioritization, travel planning, and project coordination automation
