• Deploy and configure AI robotics systems at customer sites nationwide
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for field-deployed solutions
• Collect and analyze real-world performance data to inform product improvements
• Train customers on system operation and best practices
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address field challenges
• Document technical findings and contribute to solution refinement
