About this role
Fieldguide, a venture-backed vertical AI company automating audit and advisory workflows, is hiring an AI Engineer in Seoul to build agentic systems that power enterprise trust operations. You'll design and deploy production AI agents handling complex audit tasks, integrating LLMs and retrieval systems while maintaining reliability for top accounting firms.
What you'll do
- Implement agentic workflows to automate complex audit and compliance tasks
- Integrate LLMs, tools, and retrieval logic into reliable agent experiences
- Build evaluations and feedback loops to improve agent performance at scale
- Monitor and maintain AI agents in production environments
- Translate customer workflows into discrete, testable agent behaviors
- Collaborate with product and senior engineers to scope and deliver features
What they're looking for
- TypeScript and/or Python
- Production software engineering
- LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
- Retrieval pipelines and RAG concepts
- Vector databases
- Prompt engineering
- React (helpful but not required)
- Postgres (helpful but not required)
