About this role

Join a new production support engineering team that bridges customer issues with long-term solutions. You'll debug complex product problems across the full stack, ship fixes, and serve as the technical escalation layer for the support team while driving systemic improvements to system reliability.

What you'll do

  • Investigate and resolve escalated issues across frontend, APIs, and data flows to identify root causes
  • Write and ship small-to-medium fixes and improvements to reduce recurring issues
  • Serve as technical escalation point for support team, providing clear guidance and unblocking problems
  • Evaluate customer feedback and provide engineering estimates for implementation complexity
  • Identify systemic issues and build tooling or processes to improve debugging and observability
  • Translate production problems into actionable technical improvements and product enhancements

What they're looking for

  • Full-stack debugging (browser dev tools, APIs, frontend state, backend flows)
  • TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python
  • SQL and relational database experience (PostgreSQL)
  • GraphQL
  • Reading and navigating production codebases
  • Technical communication with diverse audiences
  • Code shipping and PR management
  • Problem-solving and root cause analysis
