About this role

Figma is seeking a founding Sales AI Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered workflows that streamline sales operations. You'll integrate LLM capabilities across the GTM tech stack—including Salesforce and Slack—to automate tasks like account insights and coaching while ensuring production-grade quality and adoption.

What you'll do

  • Build and deploy AI workflows that automate sales tasks such as account insights, CRM hygiene, and personalized outreach
  • Integrate across Salesforce, Slack, and other GTM tools using APIs and automation platforms with reliable data flow
  • Apply LLMs thoughtfully with quality checks, monitoring, and safety constraints for production use
  • Collaborate with SalesOps, Enablement, and GTM Systems teams on requirements, rollout, and governance
  • Create reusable templates and patterns to enable distributed adoption across the organization
  • Define success metrics, track adoption and business impact, and iterate based on real-world usage
