Electrical Systems Integration Engineer – Head Subsystem

About this role

Figure, an AI robotics company, seeks an Electrical Systems Integration Engineer to lead the electrical bring-up and validation of humanoid robot head subsystems. You'll manage power delivery, signal integrity, thermal performance, and cross-disciplinary debugging from prototypes through production, working on-site in San Jose.

What you'll do

• Lead electrical bring-up and integration of head subsystem including compute, power regulation, sensing, display, audio, and communication interfaces
• Plan and execute subsystem validation for power delivery, high-speed interfaces, RF, and thermal performance
• Develop electrical validation plans covering power integrity, signal integrity, EMI susceptibility, and thermal behavior
• Debug complex hardware, firmware, and software issues using lab instrumentation and telemetry
• Drive integration of power architectures, grounding strategies, and interface definitions for reliable compact assembly
• Document bring-up procedures, validation workflows, and test results to support production scaling
