Figure, an AI robotics company developing autonomous humanoid robots, seeks an Electrical Systems Integration Engineer to lead the integration and validation of offboard charging and power systems. The role involves coordinating across multiple engineering teams to bring power solutions from subsystem development through full-robot deployment, with a focus on reliability, compliance, and performance optimization.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute integration and validation of offboard charging and power systems from subsystem to full-robot level
• Coordinate across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and technician teams to integrate charging infrastructure into humanoid robots
• Develop and execute benchtop validation plans for AC/DC charging systems and power converters
• Lead system-level bring-up with electrical, thermal, and functional testing
• Address thermal management challenges and validate cooling strategies for offboard systems
• Perform diagnostics and root-cause analysis on robot failures; drive process improvements
