Software Engineer, Manufacturing Systems

About this role

Figure, an AI robotics company, seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to develop and maintain manufacturing software systems (MES, WMS, PLM, QMS) that support humanoid robot production. The role requires 5 days/week in-office collaboration in San Jose, CA, combining backend development with hands-on manufacturing floor engagement.

What you'll do

• Enhance existing manufacturing software suite with new features and improvements
• Collaborate on manufacturing floor to identify pain points and gather user requirements
• Develop intuitive interfaces and workflows for manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Increase test coverage and improve software usability
• Provide analytics and insights for operational efficiency
