Product Design Engineer

About this role

Filevine is seeking a Product Design Engineer to lead the design of AI-powered contract review and drafting tools integrated into Word and browser platforms. You'll own the end-to-end user experience for legal professionals, focusing on redlining, automation, and clause analysis in a fast-moving, design-driven team.

What you'll do

• Design and own the Word-based contract workflow experience from end to end
• Define how AI features appear and function across the contract lifecycle
• Create intuitive interfaces for contract redlines, playbook automation, and clause-level analysis
• Collaborate with a senior, high-output product and engineering team
• Ensure design quality and clarity for high-stakes legal work
• Ship products across Word and browser platforms for thousands of legal teams

• Product design and UX/UI design

• Familiarity with Word integration or Microsoft Office ecosystem
• AI/ML product design experience
