Design Engineer

About this role

Design Engineer at Firecrawl, a developer data extraction platform, responsible for building and shipping beautiful, performant UIs across the product, docs, and marketing surfaces. You'll work independently with Next.js, Tailwind, and Framer Motion in a fast-paced environment collaborating directly with founders.

What you'll do

• Build performant UIs using Next.js, Tailwind, and Framer Motion
• Create and optimize product pages and interactive playgrounds
• Maintain and scale the design system across all platforms
• Own UX polish for marketing, documentation, and app interfaces
• Collaborate with founders on high-impact feature launches
• Lead proof-of-concept work for new products and experiences

Benefits

• Salary $160,000–$240,000/year (SF-based, adjusted for location)
