About this role

Join Firecrawl as a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers integrating our web data extraction platform into their systems. You'll own technical delivery end-to-end, writing production code, debugging live issues, and turning customer needs into shipped solutions while partnering with core engineering on product improvements.

What you'll do

  • Manage full-lifecycle technical integration delivery for priority customers from initial implementation through production scale
  • Build and customize integrations using TypeScript/Node.js for payments systems, cloud platforms, and third-party APIs
  • Debug complex production issues and edge cases directly with customers in real-time
  • Create reusable solutions and documentation that transform one-off customer problems into repeatable processes
  • Gather customer insights and translate technical friction into product and engineering feedback
  • Collaborate with core engineering team on reliability, performance, and developer experience improvements
