About this role

Firecrawl seeks a Sales Engineer to help technical buyers understand how their web-data API solves real problems. You'll lead demos, build prototypes, answer deep technical questions, and bridge sales and engineering to drive adoption among engineers and data scientists.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Account Executives on technical evaluations and discovery calls
  • Lead demos and POCs with custom prototypes showcasing Firecrawl's value
  • Identify customer use cases and architect solutions using the API
  • Collect field insights to inform product roadmap prioritization
  • Improve API documentation, build sample projects, and create enablement resources
  • Train new team members and collaborate on technical marketing content
