Site Reliability Engineer III, Aviation

About this role

Flock Safety seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to design and maintain scalable infrastructure for its Aviation platform. You'll build systems and tooling that empower development teams to manage their full application stacks while maintaining high reliability and security standards.

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable, observable platform systems and tooling for the Aviation organization
• Manage monitoring dashboards using Grafana and Prometheus, creating actionable alerts aligned with SLIs and SLOs
• Refine CI/CD processes to enable reliable and efficient production deployments
• Collaborate with software engineering teams on infrastructure-as-code and best practices using Terraform
• Improve observability coverage across the Aerodome platform through metrics, logs, traces, and profiling
• Automate and optimize Aviation infrastructure, including IoT management tooling and self-healing strategies
