Technical Support Engineer

About this role

Flow Traders seeks a Technical Support Engineer to manage IT infrastructure and provide first-level support in their New York office. You'll handle troubleshooting, equipment procurement, and employee onboarding while collaborating with technology teams in a fast-paced trading environment.

What you'll do

• Provide first-level IT support for office systems including workstations, laptops, printers, and virtual machines
• Monitor infrastructure through support systems and respond to chat-based technical requests
• Oversee IT procurement and inventory management for equipment needs
• Support new hire onboarding by preparing equipment and setting up workstations
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure infrastructure reliability and efficiency
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Benefits

• Base salary $80,000–$100,000 (NYC range)
