Employee Engagement (EE) Partner - Infrastructure & Physical

About this role

Fluidstack seeks an Employee Engagement Partner to support infrastructure and physical operations teams through people coaching, performance management, and organizational development. Working embedded with operations leadership, you'll coach managers through challenges, design scalable people practices, and advocate for employees while driving meaningful business results.

What you'll do

• Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback delivery, and team decision-making
• Build relationships across operations departments to understand dynamics, pain points, and gaps
• Partner with the People team to implement and adapt HR systems for operational contexts
• Identify and surface people-related risks and opportunities to leadership
• Support employee development and career transitions within your coverage area
• Travel regularly to multiple FluidStack office and field locations to maintain relationships
