Employee Engagement (EE) Partner - Software & Platform

About this role

Fluidstack seeks an experienced Employee Engagement Partner to support technical leaders across software and platform departments during rapid growth. You'll coach managers, develop people practices, and drive organizational health through direct partnership rather than compliance-focused HR work.

What you'll do

• Embed with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to understand dynamics and support manager effectiveness
• Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback delivery, and team decision-making
• Map current people practices and identify gaps in onboarding, performance management, and team health
• Partner with the People team to implement and adapt HR systems for technical contexts
• Surface people risks and retention concerns with clear recommendations
• Travel regularly to Fluidstack offices to build and maintain relationships across departments
