IT Engineer

About this role

Fluidstack seeks an IT Engineer to build and maintain internal infrastructure systems supporting rapid growth in AI compute deployment. You'll handle user support, identity management, device administration, and automation while working with a team tackling infrastructure challenges at scale.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on IT support for employees and resolve tickets efficiently
• Administer MDM across macOS, iOS, and Windows; manage Okta and SaaS integrations
• Build automations and scripts to eliminate manual work across IT operations
• Manage hardware procurement and track device lifecycles
• Own employee and contractor onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews
• Support in-office network and A/V systems; write clear technical documentation
