IT Engineer

About this role

Fluidstack seeks an IT Engineer to build and maintain internal infrastructure for a rapidly scaling AI compute company in Phoenix. You'll provide hands-on IT support, manage identity and device systems, and create automations that keep employees unblocked as the company grows toward 10GW of compute capacity.

What you'll do

• Provide reliable IT support and resolve tickets for in-office and remote employees
• Administer Okta, MDM across macOS/iOS/Windows, and core SaaS tooling integrations
• Manage hardware procurement, asset tracking, and device lifecycle management
• Build automations and infrastructure-as-code to reduce manual work at scale
• Handle employee and contractor onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews
• Support in-office network, A/V systems, and document processes for technical and non-technical users
