IT Engineer, Data Center

About this role

Fluidstack seeks an IT Engineer to support rapid scaling of AI compute infrastructure by managing internal systems, device fleets, and identity infrastructure. You'll provide hands-on IT support while building automations and systems that keep a fast-growing team unblocked across multiple sites.

What you'll do

• Provide frontline IT support for employees via ticket resolution and troubleshooting
• Administer MDM across macOS, iOS, and Windows devices
• Manage Okta identity infrastructure including user provisioning, integrations, and access controls
• Own hardware procurement, asset tracking, and device lifecycle management
• Build automations and documentation to reduce manual IT work
• Handle employee and contractor onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews

• Okta administration and SSO configuration
• MDM platform management (macOS and Windows)
• Google Workspace and Office 365 support
• Automation tools (Okta Workflows, n8n, Zapier, or similar)
• Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
• Technical documentation and knowledge base writing
• Identity and access management security practices
• API and webhook integration
