About this role
Fluidstack is seeking a Product Engineer to develop AI-integrated software infrastructure for rapidly scaling GPU compute capacity. You'll own features across the full stack—from supply chain automation to datacenter design—with complete autonomy and no management layers slowing shipping.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle product features from problem identification through design, building, shipping, and measuring impact
- Build supply chain automation to streamline GPU and component ordering at massive scale
- Develop capacity forecasting and scheduling systems to predict bottlenecks across concurrent infrastructure projects
- Create operational automation and self-service tooling to eliminate manual work across teams
- Integrate AI agents with company platforms (GitHub, project management, CRM, internal APIs)
- Design and validate datacenter layouts, power topologies, and cooling configurations
What they're looking for
- 5+ years production software engineering in Go, Python, or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks
- Advanced proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
- High-autonomy problem solving with minimal direction needed
- Systems thinking and foundational architecture design
- Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Product and design sensibility
- Ability to learn new languages quickly using AI tools
