Security Engineer, Infrastructure

About this role

Fluidstack is building large-scale AI compute infrastructure and seeking a hands-on Security Engineer to design and operate the security program from the ground up. You'll own the complete security data platform, tooling, and infrastructure across physical and cloud environments protecting some of the world's most valuable AI assets.

What you'll do

• Design and operate SIEM, data warehouse, and security data pipelines for log ingestion, normalization, and enrichment across IT, OT, cloud, and bare metal
• Deploy and manage security tooling including EDR, vulnerability management, SOAR, CASB, and identity platforms with alert tuning and detection engineering
• Build integrations across security tools and embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, and artifact integrity
• Architect automated security-data collection systems and quality validation tooling across multi-site facilities
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and IT teams to maintain complete instrumentation and telemetry coverage
• Ensure physical and logical security of frontier AI model weights and training infrastructure
