Zipline is seeking a skilled Electrical PCB Layout Engineer to join their team and play a crucial role in designing and implementing reliable electronic boards for their autonomous delivery systems. This hands-on position requires expertise in Altium Designer, a deep understanding of PCB design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and optimal performance. You'll be instrumental in translating schematics into robust, well-documented board designs that meet stringent technical and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

  • Create PCB layouts in Altium for various electronics.
  • Collaborate with engineers on design intent and constraints.
  • Define and apply layout rules for signal integrity and manufacturability.
  • Generate fabrication and assembly outputs (Gerbers, drill files, etc.).
  • Support design reviews and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Improve layout standards and workflows.
