What you'll do

  • Design and build test equipment for battery cells, packs, and power electronics.
  • Develop validation strategies for functional, environmental, and reliability testing.
  • Automate test sequences and data analysis workflows.
  • Plan and execute battery characterization and validation campaigns.
  • Analyze failures and partner with design engineers for corrective actions.
  • Support supplier qualification and failure investigations.
