This hands-on role involves responding to network incidents, performing hardware maintenance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime. Successful candidates will be comfortable traveling regularly and working in diverse environments, contributing directly to the company's mission of providing critical supplies quickly and reliably.

What you'll do

  • Monitor and respond to network alerts, resolving Tier 1/2 issues.
  • Install, replace, and maintain network hardware like switches, routers, and wireless access points.
  • Execute outage playbooks and coordinate with other teams during incidents.
  • Improve network observability through automation and monitoring.
  • Identify and address recurring network failures to improve system reliability.
