Zipline is seeking a Supplier Industrialization Engineer to drive the qualification and scaling of components from prototype to high-volume manufacturing. This highly visible role involves collaborating with engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams, while leading suppliers in process improvements and ensuring high-quality production. The position requires significant travel to partners in Asia and North America.

What you'll do

  • Lead supplier industrialization activities across design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
  • Guide suppliers in DFM, poka-yoke implementation, and assembly equipment optimization.
  • Improve supplier scalability, cost, and quality through Lean methodologies and SPC.
  • Facilitate technical communication between suppliers and Zipline teams.
  • Drive supplier improvements in process robustness and efficiency.
  • Own should-cost modeling and support pricing negotiations.
