What you'll do
- Lead a team of MES Technicians for day-to-day operational support.
- Triage and resolve complex physical-to-software issues with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with development teams on bug fixes and optimization tools.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams for smooth workflows.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage resource scheduling and establish escalation paths.
