Developer Relations Engineer

About this role

Fractional AI, now Anthropic's AI Services Business, seeks a Developer Relations Engineer to build engineering credibility and brand awareness among top-tier practitioners. You'll translate the team's cutting-edge AI implementation work into technical content, community engagement, and partnerships that resonate with serious engineers.

What you'll do

• Create technical content (blog posts, case studies, HN pieces) based on the team's real projects and innovations
• Establish presence on engineer-focused channels like Hacker News, podcasts, conferences, and specialized communities
• Organize high-touch community events: dinners, workshops, and non-transactional gatherings for top engineers
• Spearhead open source initiatives and external projects showcasing Fractional's engineering excellence
• Develop partnerships with complementary technical brands through co-sponsored events and shared content
• Provide engineering leadership with practitioner feedback on emerging interests and technical concerns
