COTS Integration Engineer

About this role

Support enterprise document management and workflow solutions for government operations on a prime contract. This role offers hands-on experience with Perceptive Content platforms, vendor collaboration, and a pathway to systems administration responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Hyland Software support teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
• Implement software upgrades and enhancements within the Perceptive Content environment
• Provide help desk support and technical troubleshooting for enterprise users
• Coordinate testing and operational support activities
• Identify and implement workflow improvements
• Support enterprise document management and workflow solutions
