About this role
Freedom Technology Solutions Group seeks a Customer Onboarding and Integration Engineer to facilitate onboarding and integration activities for intelligence analysis products. The role bridges customer requirements with technical implementation, coordinating across stakeholders while managing secure data movement and system integration efforts.
What you'll do
- Support customer onboarding and integration for ACDaaS capabilities
- Act as liaison between customers, CDSO, Service+, and development teams
- Gather, document, and refine customer requirements including data mapping needs
- Coordinate onboarding activities aligned with compliance and mission requirements
- Troubleshoot and support resolution of onboarding and integration issues
- Track progress and provide visibility into integration status and outcomes

- Linux systems administration
- API design and integration concepts
- AWS services (S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, ECS)
- CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD)
- Containerized and serverless environments
- Data transfer and file processing
- Secure data handling and IAM concepts
- Requirements documentation and stakeholder communication
