Data Integration Systems Engineer

About this role

This Data Integration Systems Engineer role supports enterprise data modernization for government systems, focusing on designing and implementing automated workflows to ingest, transform, and integrate operational data into enterprise databases and Pega-based applications. What you'll do

• Design and maintain data transformation workflows to normalize structured data into required formats for system integration
• Support ingestion of spreadsheet datasets into enterprise databases and validate data integrity throughout pipelines
• Integrate enterprise data into Pega workflows and applications serving as systems of record
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to improve automation, scalability and maintainability of workflows
• Troubleshoot data-related operational issues and work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and validation criteria
• Document data flows, interfaces, transformation logic and operational procedures

• Python or similar scripting languages

• SQL and relational database experience
