IT and Tech Ops Engineer

Freedom Technology Solutions Group seeks an IT and Tech Ops Engineer to maintain and deploy technical infrastructure while providing security oversight and operational support. The role combines systems administration, information security responsibilities, and technical troubleshooting to support mission-critical capabilities.

What you'll do

• Maintain, deploy, and provide training on technical capabilities and infrastructure systems
• Facilitate technology transfers from developers and manage capability lifecycle
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and coordinate with operators on deployments
• Monitor information security posture, assess risks of changes, and support incident handling
• Collect, collate, and transfer data from multiple platforms and formats for analysis
• Stay current with platform changes and ensure rapid deployment capability
