Junior Application Developer

About this role

Join a government contracting team supporting mission-critical enterprise applications across the federal government. As a Junior Application Developer, you'll develop and maintain business and financial systems using modern technologies like Python, Django, and AWS while working in an Agile environment with flexible telework options.

What you'll do

• Develop new features and enhance existing capabilities for enterprise applications in an Agile team setting
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues and resolve defects to optimize application performance
• Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions to prevent system outages
• Manage Docker containers and support efficient application deployment on AWS infrastructure
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across application code, infrastructure, and integrations
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and demos
