About this role
Support mission-critical geospatial systems and infrastructure as a junior DevOps administrator on a contractor team serving the intelligence community. Manage ArcGIS Enterprise deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain Windows and Linux systems in a hybrid on-site/remote role.
What you'll do
- Analyze current environments and plan enhancements for ArcGIS Enterprise deployments
- Provide production support for ArcGIS Portal, Server, GeoEvent Server, and Data Store
- Troubleshoot system errors, document issues, and assess operational impact
- Manage and install patches on Windows and Linux systems
- Monitor and maintain mission-critical geospatial applications serving the IC enterprise
- Support system design, development, and modernization across the enterprise
