Test Engineer

About this role

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is hiring a mid-level Test Engineer to support ground-based satellite geolocation systems. You'll manage the full testing lifecycle—from planning through deployment—developing evaluation strategies for RF signal processing and software integration across diverse hardware platforms.

What you'll do

• Design and execute test plans for RF signal processing applications and analytics tools
• Coordinate with System Engineering teams to develop Test & Evaluation (T&E) objectives and evaluation plans
• Plan and conduct pre-deployment testing of new software and hardware releases
• Produce evaluation plans, risk assessments, analysis reports, and test procedures
• Ensure test readiness including participant training and compliance with security and legal standards
• Collaborate with integrated product teams and government sponsors on task implementation
