What you'll do

  • Drive part design and redesign for semiconductor fabrication applications including wafer handling and robotic end-effectors
  • Design thermal management hardware, high-precision cold plates, and ultra-high vacuum chamber components
  • Develop gas delivery manifolds, high-purity fluid systems, and lithography tool structural components
  • Evaluate manufacturability, materials, tolerances, and performance tradeoffs from first principles
  • Collaborate with sophisticated semiconductor engineering teams to identify new design possibilities
  • Identify performance regimes and geometries made possible by advanced manufacturing techniques
